EverPath exists to hold space for people and communities who choose to walk the path into the deeper truth of who and what they were created to be.
Our Beliefs
Transformation doesn’t come through effort alone, it begins when truth, courage, and grace meet. This is the essence of the path we follow: bold in love, honest in calling, and always redemptive.
Our work is grounded in the wisdom of ancient Christian scripture, modern insights, experiential learning and the power of connection. We don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level strategies. We walk alongside, ask the deeper questions, and help cultivate space for what is most true to rise and take shape.
Because growth doesn’t come by striving, it comes by surrendering to the ever-unfolding journey. The one that meanders, shapes, and deepens us over time. We call that the EverPath.

Hi, I’m Chris and this is my family. Welcome to a piece of my EverPath.
I’m an engineer by trade, a leader by calling, a husband, a father… and, truthfully, a recovering perfectionist. I’ve spent much of my life trying to get things right, to hold it all together, perform well, and stay one step ahead of the mess. But what I’ve learned (most often the hard way) is that real transformation doesn’t come from control. It comes from honesty, surrender, and grace.
By day, I lead a fantastic team modeling rivers, helping them flow safely and sustainably through communities. But I also model something else: spaces of the soul. Places where people can slow down, tell the truth, and reconnect with who they were created to be, not as a project to fix, but as a story to listen to.
EverPath was born from the tension between those two worlds. I’ve wrestled with purpose, with marriage, with leadership, with parenting, with burnout, and with God. I know what it’s like to feel disoriented inside something that once made perfect sense. I’ve felt the ache of unraveling, the deep grief of not being who I thought I’d be, and the quiet courage it takes to begin again.
I’ve come to believe that “arriving” isn’t a finish line, it’s surrendering to a lifelong path. An EverPath. One I have to choose, again and again. It’s more like a river than a roadmap: sometimes clear, sometimes muddy; sometimes roaring, sometimes still. But always fully alive.
Whether I’m modeling the flow of water or walking with someone through the flow of life, my calling is the same: to help people see things differently. I don’t offer answers to life’s hardest questions, because the point isn’t found in solving a problem, but in walking through it with presence and courage. I will walk that path with you, ask the questions that matter, and hold space for the truth that’s already trying to rise.
